Paul was my brother in law, my friend and my mentor. Year after year, Paul was always on hand to me to listen to me and offer advice, especially on work matters. He was a true big brother coming to my rescue on more than one occasion. Paul created Excelutions for me, it was his way of giving me the nudge in the right direction, to have the courage to go it alone. It has been the best move I have made, I am just so sad he is not around to see the difference it has made.
